Forest View Transitional Health Center

We are a 70-bed skilled nursing facility with a "homelike" atmosphere. We offer both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation. Our rehabilitation is in-house through select with state-of-the-art equipment to better meet the needs of our residents. Our food is prepared with the guidance of an executive chef.
