Three Tree Vista is a family-owned and operated adult family home. We're lifelong residents in the area; we've worked as homebuilders, healthcare, and hospitality providers; we proudly serve and participate in our community.

In our culture, we honor our parents and grandparents; we celebrate their lives and cherish their wisdom and stories; we tend to their needs with the utmost attention and love. When your loved ones move into Three Tree Vista – they become honorary members of our family, as do you.

The Three Tree Vista staff is led by our family matriarch, Dorothy Gutierrez; she is a certified adult family home care provider who has been working at nearby homes in the area since 2009. Three Tree Vista was a dream of hers long before her career in senior care; she planned the whole operation out while raising three generations of family in West Seattle.

Dorothy's son, Gary, is a prominent local home builder. Gary kept his eyes out for the perfect property, and when his eyes landed on this palatial home overlooking a tree-lined Burien hillside, he knew he found the ideal setting for the home that became Three Tree Vista.

Our team provides the personal service, companionship, and attention to detail that our residents and their families deserve. We have staff on duty 24/7 to ensure resident needs are always attended to, including bathroom assistance, bathing and grooming assistance, and help getting from room to room as needed.

Life at Three Tree Vista is what you want to make it. Enjoy as much social time or peace and quiet as you care to. There are plenty of places to mingle or relax, both inside the suites and common areas, and out on the lanai with the panoramic water view. Even on chilly nights, window seating can set the view as your backdrop while you read, sew, chat, or recharge.

Beyond the house, the best of the Pacific Northwest is close at hand. We can take you to nearby shopping plazas or area parks; plus CHI Franciscan Health/Highline Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente and specialty medical plazas in Burien are just minutes away. In the summer, we can drive around to visit garage sales, fairs, and other community events; in the winter, we can drive around to see the holiday lights.
