- Features: Conservatory, cozy fireplaces, Picnic Areas and walking paths. We are located near quaint shops and bistros and are a designated Trolley Stop.
- Special Comment: We are vested in our community because we are family owned and operated. We buy produce locally, participate in recycling programs, host a variety of seminars and events for our Residents and surrounding community. All of our meals are homemade, never from processed food, and some of our recipes are provided to our Chef by our Residents! The Willows at Meadow Branch was very friendly and very clean. They had wonderful food too. The grounds were lovely. The location was good. It was a good place to get to. The rooms that were not full seemed like there was a lot of room, but when people were already in it, it seemed a bit too much to me. I guess it depends on what kind of furniture you have and how you place it. There is a lot of potential there. The staff members were really knowledgeable. Everybody was very friendly. The menu was good. It was varied, and it looked good.

We took a tour of The Willows at Meadow Branch but my mother-in-law can't afford it. It's beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous. We saw the rooms, and they have some bigger rooms also. It's in a beautiful location as well. There was an incident where a resident was crying out for help from inside her room, and the director who was showing us around eventually had to check on the patient because no one else was coming to help. That kind of turned me off. We were there in the morning so there were no activities going on at that time.

Thank you Caryl for your feedback on your experience while touring our community. I would like to respond to your concern regarding the need to check on a resident during your visit. Our residents do have a call bell system in their apartments, however some may not use the system, and will \"call out\". At The Willows, all our staff have extensive training on the care of our residents, and staff will stop what they are currently doing to assist residents. Our Residents do come first, and we like to tend to their needs, so they are not waiting just for \"nursing staff\". Again, thank you for visiting with us, and leaving a review.
