I visited Heritage Green Assisted Living. The rooms were small, and the residents share rooms. When I visited they were having a movie day in the movie room. It was a nice facility, but I did not think it was right for my mother.

The visit at Heritage Green was comprehensive. They had very welcoming staff members. They had a lot of literature to go along with their tour. We met some of the staff members and they described their roles and their daily program. We were able to see the residents going through their day. We received several calls from our tour guide. Overall, it was a very good visit. We learned about the different levels of care and services that they have for the residents or just respite for the caregiver if you need it for just a couple of weeks. Heritage Green wasn't a big residential community, but it seemed very personable. The rooms were nice. The staff members were very welcoming, very informative, and knowledgeable. We met the different staff members. They were able to articulate their duties, their programs, and how they interact with the residents.

Heritage Green was very nice. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home, especially my mother-in-law. The place is beautiful, spotless, and smelled nice, and it's in a convenient location. The apartment that we looked at was spacious and looked fine; you just have to bring your own furniture. They have several programs for the residents, take the out shopping, and have people come in to do things weekly like crafts, physical therapy, and things like that.

I'm very happy with Heritage Green Assisted Living and Memory Care. I feel that they are giving my dad the one-on-one care that he needs. They've been adjusting very nicely as our needs change, and I'm quite pleased. The dining area is always clean and there's always good food. They have Bingo, wine and cheese socials in the afternoon, they have people come in and play different instruments and entertain the seniors during dinner hours, and on and on. It's not a fancy facility, but it's wonderfully homey. They really do a good job for the money that we're paying them. They also have a formal dining area where they bring food to the residents' tables.

Grandmother is a resident and loves it there. Her quality of life has greatly improved. The Administrator runs it well. Activities is a big plus there, as my grandma is very involved. They do activities that are formatted for where each resident is physically and mentally. She's been there a year and we are very pleased.
