They did a very nice job showing me around at StoryPoint Grove City. It's a new facility, the rooms were very nice, roomy, they had a lot of scheduled activities to keep people's interest, the gentleman who showed us around was very nice, he followed up, and was very professional. I was impressed.

It was good. It was pretty busy, and it seemed to be crowded. The staff member gave me a tour and took the time to show me everything, but he didn't have a room available. They could use a little help with the cleanliness too. The staff member was very friendly and very helpful. He gave me all the information I needed. The place wasn't kept up, and it felt more institutional.

It was outstanding and beautiful. The staff was top notch and very friendly. The dining area was very nice and very clean. The apartment was a nice size and the layout was excellent. They had beautiful grounds where everybody could walk and a nice area where they could sit. I would highly recommend it for anybody looking for independent living.

I love everybody that lives here and works here. They are all very friendly. Tom and Josh in maintenance are my heroes. They are very efficient. StoryPoint has opened in October 2017 and I came in March 2018. When we first moved in, the food was wonderful. We had fish, shrimp, and lobsters. We had a variety of fish and meat products. Now, they do have some shrimp scampi and things like that, but it doesn't compare in any way to what it was in the beginning when we moved here. Every once in a while, we get a meal and everything is good, it is cooked right and it is hot, but there are so many days when we go down there, the food when it is served to us is not even really that warm. They threw a lot of Mexican food at us, which we do not like. It is too spicy. Also there is too much chicken on the menu. There is a lot to do to improve the meals around here. They need to cook the vegetables. When you get a vegetable on the dinner plate, you don't want it to be half-cooked and half-raw. Other than the food, I like living here. The people are great. The staff is great. I like the way they come to clean. They do the towels and the linens for us. I don't have any complaint about anything else. However, I am really upset about the food. I don't participate in activities but there 's a lot of people that do and they seem to love them.
