In 1983, the Sameer and Virginia Tahboub family envisioned a new level of specialized, service-oriented long-term care for seniors in Charlottesville, Virginia. Since the inception of RoseWood Village Assisted Living & Memory Care 35 years ago, Virginia and Sameer Tahboub have been operating on the Guiding Light Principle of Caring with H.E.A.R.T.â„¢, which is made up of a set of Core Values (Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Residents First, and Teamwork) that help guide the team to provide the highest level of trusted care and services to their residents and their families every day.
