Description of Riverway Assisted Living and Memory Care
Riverway is in the heart of South Jordan and very close to our neighbors in Riverton. Just 5 minutes off of the I-15 freeway we are conveniently located for those in the Sandy, Murray, Draper and West Jordan areas. Riverway provides a friendly and social living environment, just like home. Your loved one will meet new friends and feel they are part of a family. I visited this facility
We loved Riverway. One of the residents there was sitting at the piano and playing. It was a nice tour. We loved the facility. The person who showed us around was very helpful and kind. We were really pleased with everything we saw. We looked at the dining area and it was very well kept and nice. They had an exercise room there.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Riverway is clean and well-maintained. They have friendly and helpful staff who are doing a good job. My mom moved in about six weeks ago. The place is nice and smaller, which was attractive to us. It's easy to find. The food is good, and the activities are great.

I visited this facility
We visited Riverway assisted living, but we werent impressed with it. When we walked into the dining area, they haven't cleaned up for lunch yet, so it was kind of messy and disorganized. We had to wait a while to get anybody to talk to. The assistant director was the one who showed us around, and he was nice. The halls were like that of a hotel with rooms on the side, and it didn't have any gardens nor places to walk around or garages. They had some bookcases where residents could borrow books. The community looked fairly new, so it's in good shape, but I didn't like the rooms.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
Terribly disorganized. Cannot get an itemized statement after giving our address several times. Lost all my mom’s paper work after hand delivered once and emailing twice. She has expressed quite a few times that staff would get mad if you ask for more food. I was surprised at how few residents they had but now understand why. We are looking for a new facility.
