Welcome to Community Living Center! Mission at Community Rehabilitation is rural living at its finest! Located in central Utah, Community Rehabilitation offers the best in clinical and therapy services, all in a relationship centered environment. Our Therapy to Home program focuses on you as an individual, rather than your disease or disability. We start by collaborating with you to create a plan based on your own goals for recovery. Our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, registered dieticians, and recreational therapists work with you to develop a therapy strategy based on your preferences, needs, and well-being to get you on the road to recovery.
Enjoy a private suite, flexible meal times and menu choices, activities, cable TV, and free WIFI. With our choice-oriented program, you decide when you go to bed, when you rise, when to dine, and when you would like to participate in therapy.
