The rooms were great and kept clean. I had a couple of roommates and privacy was non-existent. The food was sometimes great and sometimes mediocre. Medicine dosages were erratic. Sometimes I was given my prescribed medicine and sometimes not. At times I would go for two days with no blood glucose checks and no insulin, and I am diabetic. Often, a caregiver would enter my room in the middle of the night or later and not bother to keep their voices down as they tended to a roommate. One caregiver turned on the television at around 3:00 a.m. while speaking loudly. Two times my shampoo was taken from the bathroom and not returned. I never saw anyone being abused or spoken to in an abusive manner. I would give this facility a B--.

Great rooms. Spacious and very clean. Workers are very friendly.

My mom was in this facility for about 3 months. The place was dirty, stinky and the poor little people were always at the front door, a lot of them crying and moaning. The building has obviously not been remodeled in a long time. It is very dark. The staff, when available, seemed to be there to collect a pay check, except for Jamie, that girl worked her butt off all the time. The courtyard and the plant room were beautiful. I would not recommend this place to anybody for their loved ones!
