MHSC Whispering Pines of Texarkana is located on the Texas side of the state line dividing the twin cities of Texarkana. This facility is just east of Spring Lake Park and close to Holiday Springs Water Park. Residents enjoy the friendliness of the staff and describe them as very responsive to their needs.
