Watercrest at Alamo Ranch was beautiful and clean, but it was out of my price range. It was an active community; however, my mother has dementia, so I felt it would be too confusing for her to find her apartment. The dining area was very nice and very elegant. The staff who assisted me was excellent, very professional, very nice, easy to work with, and very attentive.

Visitor

Watercrest and its staff were excellent. They had a pool, a common dining area, free continental breakfast in the morning for anybody who lived in the independent or in the assisted living places, which was different from many places, a community garden where people could plant and work in the garden, which was a very a good feature, and they had independent living villas. The rooms are extremely nice and very spacious for assisted living people. A salon was there, and they had a lot of recreational rooms where people can gather and read, or play cards or chess. They had activities for very old people who like to do crafts.

Visitor

Watercrest was a very modern, new, beautiful, and desirable facility. However, the location was not to my liking. The staff was very nice. The rooms were the best I've seen.
