Our care givers help with daily medication administration while our registered nurses carry out monthly wellness visits during which time residents' vital signs and blood sugar are monitored and documented. Medical transportation and Doctor's Appointment Escort are available by arrangement. The seasoned and highly trained staff at Osa Heritage Homes work diligently to ensure that the facility is immaculately clean 24/7. Laundry is done weekly, or as needed. Variety of delicious and balanced meals are prepared for the residents three times a day, with supplementary Drinks and Snacks.
