Clayton Oaks Living is a brand-new charming assisted living and memory care community for Texas seniors living in the Richmond and Sugar Land area. We provide caring and compassionate support services to help residents enjoy as independent and productive lives as possible.

Our deluxe apartment homes are available in a variety of studio and one-bedroom floor plans. All apartments feature convenient kitchenettes, ample living space, private bathrooms, plush carpeting and are equipped with an emergency call system for added safety and security.
At Clayton Oaks Living, we recognize that seniors never stop learning or growing, that is why we offer a variety of life-enrichment programming to keep our residents active and engaged. From presentations on health topics and instructor-led exercise classes to culinary demonstrations and book clubs, there is always something fun to do at our community.
Available Services
As an assisted living community, our team of caregivers are available on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide assistance and support with life's everyday activities. Residents facing the challenges of Alzheimer's and other types of dementia receive specialized care in our secure memory care residence, enjoying their very own dining, lounge and outdoor areas.
To ensure that our residents are able to fully enjoy retirement living, we take care of the housekeeping, laundry, transportation and meal service. In addition, we can also arrange for a number of concierge services. Other conveniences our residents love include a gift shop, an on-site beauty salon and wellness centers.

Clayton Oaks was nice, clean, and close to home. It's a brand-new community; however, the halls were too dark and narrow. It's beautiful and nice, but there's no light, and it didn't feel homey. The rooms were a good size. They had bigger and smaller sizes that were clean and good for the residents. We also went to the memory care section, which was very nice.
