Emergency call buttons, smoke alarms and sprinklers emphasize our commitment to safety and offer peace of mind to residents, their families and friends. All utilities except phone service are paid by the community, so residents don&#39;t have to worry about high electricity bills when they keep their apartments at a comfortable temperature with individual climate controls. Some one- and two-bedroom floor plans have balconies.

Our residents have access to their choice of home health agencies as well as recreation and entertainment programming. Courteous and professional staff members are available 24 hours a day and work with residents and their families to tailor care plans to individual needs. Support services available include medication management, incontinence care, escort and transfer assistance and assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming depending on the level of are needed. Medication reminders and additional housekeeping and laundry help also can be obtained when desired.
