Lost Pines... is a 24 hour personal care home. Lost Pines Personal Care Home provides long term residential care for senior citizens who cannot care for themselves. We also provide care for seniors with advanced dementia or Alzheimer's Disease.

We are equipped to care for three residents. Our small size is our greatest asset. It allows us to customize menus, activities and even the decor to accommodate individual preferences.

We have a comprehensive activity program to keep our residents busy and active. We provide laundry service, maintenance and housekeeping to allow residents to focus on their interests.

Our staff went through multi-phased training programs that sets them apart. They are on-site 24 hours a day and help residents with personal care, grooming, bathing, dressing, and medication management. We also monitor our resident’s health and case management to ensure we are aware if there would be any changes with their needs.
