Description of Neches House

Neches House serves our community by providing outstanding assisted living services to Lufkin-area seniors. We are dedicated to preserving our residents' independence and sense of dignity, while caring for their needs and improving their quality of life.

Featured Amenities

Life at Neches house is all about convenience and worry-free living. For a modest fee, we offer amenities intended to reduce stress and provide comfort. Apartments are equipped with a kitchenette and are available in studio, one-bedroom and companion options. Smoke detectors are provided in every unit, as well as emergency call buttons in both the bathrooms and bedrooms for added safety.

Every resident is unique and requires certain things to feel comfortable and at home. This is why we allow pets (with certain restrictions) and make every apartment cable- and phone-ready. Our community has an activity room for crafting and socializing, lounges for relaxing and a computer room. We also offer a robust calendar of daily events and activities.

Available Services

We have a registered nurse on-site or on-call 24 hours a day, and our community is staffed round-the-clock, seven days a week. We are happy to offer assistance with medicine and with daily tasks such as dressing, eating, bathing and more.

A registered dietitian designs our daily menus and meals are served, restaurant-style, three times a day. Housekeeping services are available once a week, as are laundry services. Maintenance is handled by our staff, leaving our residents free to enjoy life.

Neches House is a community with a family feel that strives to brighten the lives of our residents while giving them the independence they deserve.
