Our spacious accommodations are available in a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment floor plans with a variety of sizes and layouts. All private residences feature a handy kitchenette, private bathroom and in-suite climate control. Your small pet is also welcome to join you in your new home.

Enjoy restaurant-quality meals in the comfort of our formal dining room. Our professional chefs prepare world-class cuisine right on site, serving three delicious hot meals each day. Dishes are made with only fresh, high-quality ingredients and can be tailored to accommodate special dietary needs.

At Ventura Place, we are committed to providing a truly all-inclusive retirement experience, allowing you to enjoy complimentary meals, housekeeping, linen changing, home and grounds maintenance, and shuttle service for one affordable monthly fee. Our live-in managers are also available day and night to assist you with anything you might need.

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.
