Ventura Place Independent Senior Living is conveniently located at 3026 54th St. Lubbock, TX. Our community is in a quiet residential area, but not far from businesses like Starbucks, Rosa's café, and our local grocery store Market Street! We have studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedrooms! We also have 1 bedroom and 2-bedroom cottages that are equipped with in unit washer and dryers as well as full-sized kitchens! Each apartment is equipped with walk in showers, cable and Wi-Fi; all included in the price of your rent! Our rates are what we call all-inclusive! This means you pay 1 amount every month, there are no hidden fees or additional cost! Our rates included 3 meals per day prepared by our award-winning team, transportation to appointments and outings M-F, weekly housekeeping, concierge services, utilities and over 200 resident tailored activities a month to choose from. We also are home to Calvert Home Health and Hospice located inside our building to meet any additional day-to-day needs.
