To ensure that our residents are happy in their new homes, we allow them to select from several different floor plans and even keep a small cat or dog in their private apartments. Cable television, air conditioning and heat is all covered in the monthly rent, so residents never have to worry about unexpected bills.

To help our residents maintain optimal health, we provide them with three nutritious meals every day that are prepared on site by our professional chefs. We also have a fitness center that is well stocked with exercise equipment, and even offer guided classes to residents that need additional assistance or encouragement.

Available Services

Here at Cypress Woods, our professional staff are happy to assist with light housekeeping, including dusting and vacuuming, as well as the weekly laundering of bed linens and towels. We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.

When residents need to attend a medical appointment or simply want to enjoy a day of shopping, we are happy to give them a ride on our complimentary shuttle. We also provide free parking to residents who choose to keep their own cars. When guests come, we offer free parking and even provide a private dining facility so that residents and their friends and family can enjoy some privacy.
