Braeburn Manor, Assisted Living Center of Braeswood is an Alzheimer certified facility with 9 beds located in Houston, Texas. We provide professional and compassionate care for the physical, emotional, mental, and social needs of our residents. Our care focuses on the safety and well-being of our residents, 24-hours a day. We are licensed by the State of Texas as a small Type B Assisted Living with Alzheimer and Related Disorders certification.

Our nurses and therapists work diligently with physicians to provide an individualized plan of care for your loved one. We understand that getting to know each resident and their individual personalities is the key to creating situations in which each person feels safe, secure, and engaged. Medication and other daily tasks are managed by specially trained nurses.
