I visited this facility
Morning Pointe had a very pleasant atmosphere. The cleanliness and maintenance were excellent. They had assisted living and memory care, which is what we wanted for Mother. The staff seemed to have a good grasp of memory care. It had a nice atmosphere, and a steady listing of activities. I would recommend considering it for your family members.

We've been using Right at Home for Mom for about a month now. The caregivers work like sitters. I had a private sitter for two years and the transition was surprisingly easier than I thought it would be. I've had a couple of their employees that have called out, but they've been very good to bring a substitute. I would love to have just one that was reliable, but I understand employees have to call out. Billing and scheduling has been very good. The first bill had charges that were not mine and I questioned them and they credited them right back. Other than that, I haven't had any billing issue. So far, so good. I'm happy.
