Discover the vibrant lifestyle that awaits you at Trail Ridge Retirement Community, an 18-acre campus set in Sioux Falls that offers the best in senior living and assisted living. Trail Ridge Retirement Community is managed by American Baptist Homes of the Midwest. Our not-for-profit faith-based organization has served seniors for nearly 75 years, and we seek to create communities that foster self-worth, dignity and independence.

Featured Amenities

You will easily find the apartment of your dreams from our 20 floor plans. Our one- and two-bedroom floor plans feature full kitchens, walk-in closets and a deck. A washer and dryer are available in the two-bedroom layouts, which also include two bathrooms. Best of all, you can customize the interior, everything from fixtures to granite countertops.

The community amenities at Trail Ridge are numerous, and you will wonder how you went without a theatre for movie nights or a game room when meeting friends for poker night. There is also garden space for those who enjoy gardening and continuing education seminars for those who aren't done learning.

Available Services

Take your life right now and do away with all household responsibilities - this will be your new life when joining Trail Ridge! We provide housekeeping services and private transportation. Washing dishes becomes our responsibility thanks to the restaurant-style dining that is available in the community dining room. All utilities are included in the monthly fee, including cable TV.

When you find yourself needing assistance with daily activities of living, our staff is on hand to assist. At our assisted living cottage, we have 24-hour caregivers always nearby for when help is needed. Medication management, personal laundry and linen service and care coordination are just a few of the services we provide.
