Since 1994 Covenant Place has been the community of choice for seniors who want to forego the responsibilities of home ownership and life among other active seniors. Our community was the vision of local community leaders and local congregations who came together to build a vibrant retirement community.

Apartment features include spacious walk-in closet(s), a full-size kitchen and in-suite climate control. Each and every day our talented culinary team prepares delicious freshly prepared meals that are served in an attractive dining room which features restaurant-style dining. Numerous activities are organized daily and are based in our eight dimensions of wellness program. Your new home also includes a library, computer area, card and game room, a courtyard and Life Enrichment Center.

Available Services

We pride ourselves in offering maintenance-free living, meaning we take care of routine housekeeping, linen and laundry services. Daily support with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene and mobility is provided for residents requiring assistance to remain independent. Through our Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program, residents with Alzheimer's or dementia receive the personalized care they need to continue living a meaningful life. 

What residents especially appreciate is knowing we have highly trained and caring staff on site around the clock when help is needed. Licensed nurses are available 24-hours a day, providing peace of mind that medical issues can be quickly attended to.
