Morningside of Orangeburg features 44 apartments with several different floor plans to choose from, including studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts in both private and shared arrangements. In addition, our community is within close proximity to Edisto Gardens, where residents can enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping outlets and have access to the medical services of the local hospital.

We are pleased to offer three nutritious meals a day in addition to an array of snacks, and full-service laundry for all our residents. These services are included in the monthly rent along with utility expenses such as a water and electricity.

Available Services

Residents who are active but need additional help have full access to assistance with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, companionship, medication assistance and more. For our residents who suffer from Alzheimer's or have other memory care needs, our professional caregivers take a compassionate and understanding approach by offering activities and interests intended to help each senior rediscover skills and abilities.

To help our residents maintain the best of health, we also provide on-site physical and occupational therapy, as well as pharmacy services. As needed, hospice care and short-term respite stays can also be arranged as needed.
