It is a secure, safe, caring and beautiful environment where we are committed to providing a personalized level of quality care services for every resident. Our beautiful apartment suites are equipped with controlled heating and cooling, kitchenettes, cabinets and a private bathroom. Emergency response systems are installed in each apartment. I visited this facility

Our visit to Palmettos was alright. When we walked in we were late, because we couldn't find it. The place wasn't very nice, it looked run down, cramped, and not in good shape. I hated the rooms. You walk into a common room, and there's two rooms, so the common room was just a waste of space. The rooms were just small hospital rooms.

Business Response

We understand that not every facility will match every person's taste. The Palmettos recently had all new carpeting, all new furniture, all new interior paint, and all new artwork in the facility among other upgrades. Most people who tour feel our facility is very nice, very clean, and very inviting. The building is well maintained. All of the apartments receive the necessary upgrades in between residents. Our staff truly care for the residents who live here. The residents will tell you that they love living here and that The Palmettos is the best Assisted Living in Charleston.
