Library Terrace offers a continuum of care in a long-established, single-family home neighborhood. Located adjacent to the Kenosha Southwest Neighborhood Library, the campus is conveniently situated near Festival Foods, Walgreens pharmacy, banking, medical clinics, churches, restaurants and much more! 

 The campus consists of Library Terrace Apartments ? 26 apartment units where seniors can age in place --- and Library Terrace Suites ? 20 units for seniors with higher care needs. Offering a continuum of care allows seniors to move while still relatively independent and then age in place as their needs change over time. Our chefs get to know the food preferences of each of our residents and menus feature fresh fruits and vegetables plus high-quality meats and fish. We offer life-enriching activities tailored to the interests of our residents and include a Senior Fitness program with yoga class. Our full-time on-campus registered nurse does weekly wellness checks and works closely with our direct care staff to monitor changes in condition. 

The smaller building size can ease the transition from a home of many years and allows new residents to quickly get to know the staff and other residents. Service packages are based on the nurse assessment and customized to meet individual needs. Levels of care allow service levels to be increased or decreased as resident needs change.
