My parents moved into Springfield residences. We got all their necessary furniture moved in. They have two nice, big rooms, a bathroom, and a little kitchenette. They are not able to go to the common areas because of the virus. The move in was very smooth. They basically sit there and watch TV all day, the folks come in, bathe them, wash them, and help my dad shave. They bring their meals to the room, but we can also bring food there and the aides will heat it up and give it to them. They have a courtyard, a room with a pool table in it, and amenities they can use. The place looks clean, and it's well laid out, but it's not brand new.

I like Springfield Senior Living. The staff who showed me around was very nice. It's a very friendly place. I liked the grounds. The rooms were large compared to other places. It looked very clean and it felt homey. The dining room was very comfy. The residents seemed nice and content.

Springfield Senior Living is beautiful. It has a very bucolic feel when you go into the area. However, the building where the elder people are is more of a brick cinder block type structure. However, when you come in, it feels very institutional. The person who accommodated me was great. She was very informative and very helpful. The dining area did not look nice or welcoming. I didn't see any activities going on when we were there. One thing they have going for them is that they have amazing size rooms with small kitchenettes and high ceilings. There is a very good feel in the rooms.

I really liked Springfield, but it was out of our price range. It looked wonderful to me. I like pretty much everything I saw about it. I met the admission person, and he was most responsive and friendly. He answered all the questions and gave me a very in-depth tour. I thought he was very good. The room looked very nice. Everything was nice. There was a piano in the foyer. Someone can play it or it was a playing piano, and I thought that was a lovely touch. The place was very well maintained.
