Description of Horton's Personal Care Home
Horton's PCH is a personal care home that concentrates on the health and well-being of each resident. The motivating factor in our home is our love for what we do. Horton's PCH offers services such as: diabetic management, medication administration, incontinence care, laundry service, home-cooked meals and assistance with ADLs, which includes bathing and personal care. Our medical supports include quarterly house visits by a podiatrist and weekly calls by a physician.
