Faithful Living (senior living) Personal Care Community is ordinary people working and living together. Our care is designed to enhance personal independence and dignity. Each individual brings his or her unique talents and gifts to our community. Located in Lancaster County, known for its rich farmland and scenery, residents can enjoy the outdoors on our patio or walk through our wooded areas for a breath of fresh air. Inside Faithful Living the residents can lounge in their own rooms or socialize with others in one of our gathering areas. The Independent Living apartments are equipped with kitchenettes.

It is staffed 24 hours a day with trained healthcare personnel and offers as much or as little care as a resident may want or need. In addition, Celebration Villa of Exeter has a licensed Health Care Director on call 24 hours a day.
Celebration Villa of Exeter Senior Living facility features a full sprinkler system and each apartment is equipped with an emergency call system that may be used whenever the need arises. In addition, all exterior doors may be locked so that a secure environment can be maintained.
Each apartment includes all meals and basic utilities as part of the monthly fee. Also, residents enjoy daily activities, private dining room for family and guests, library and sitting areas, bistro and billiard activity room, housekeeping services and many other amenities. Other services include a beauty/barber shop for a nominal fee.
The emphasis on activities is a main thrust of the service offerings. Social interaction is a vital part of overall good health and Celebration Villa of Exeter is committed to offering residents a full range of social, recreational and spiritual activities from which to choose. Scheduled transportation on the community van allows all residents to take advantage of travel activities.

Celebration Villa of Exeter

Senior living at the Villa is a setting for people who will benefit from assistance with activities of daily living and socialization opportunities. Our setting allows residents to retain maximum independence by having the help that they need to meet a variety of health concerns. We create individualized service plans to help with mobility, balance and keeping abreast of current events.

The majestic Victorian mansion elegantly reflects the grandeur of earlier times when the textile baron, Gustav Oberlander, entertained heads of state and visiting dignitaries from overseas. The rich European craftsmanship is evident throughout the flowing library, ballroom and formal dining rooms.
