My mom had a terrible experience. From the day we moved in, there were issues. The device to call the nurse and listen to te TV was broken and we were told they would get to it at some point. My mom went in relatively healthy but one week later, she had to be transferred back to the hospital. She had a fever, a UTI swollen limbs and hands, delirium, she was left in her soiled diapers for hours, she couldn’t breathe but for some reason they fought with us because they didn’t want to treat her. We begged them to treat her for her health issues because she was getting worse and worse. But the staff was rude and deliberately not helpful. Overall nightmare. Back in Bryn Mawr hospital finally getting the care she needs and deserves.

I chose the Quadrangle and moved there two weeks ago. It's very clean, and the food is very good. The staff is very friendly and can't do enough. They have two very nice dining areas, exercise, rehab, and different clubs. The apartment is small but very nice inside.

The Quadrangle is lovely and nice. I liked it. The people were pleasant, the staff was very nice, and the rooms were beautiful. I had a great time there that day. They had a lot of activities and amenities like room service, laundry and cable.
