Our experience with Gresham Manor has been wonderful. My aunt has been warmly welcomed by residents and the staff. The place is lovely and she's very happy with her room. The bathroom is large and has a walk-in shower. The food is delicious. The people are meeting all her needs as a new resident. She's in a studio, but there are also 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. They have free wi-fi and cable TV and 3 meals a day by a very good chef. They have a bus for transportation, stretching classes, exercise classes, card group, exercise machines, beauty salon, and a courtyard.

We really like Gresham Manor. They provide three meals a day, and it's like a full course meal. The residents seem very nice, and it's pretty quiet, peaceful, and a safe place for my grandmother to be living. The staff is really nice and helpful, and they know her by name. I'm very much satisfied, but she wants to look into places that are not as expensive because she doesn't make a whole lot.

My father-in-law moved into Gresham Manor, but he has been hospitalized. He was only there for five days but he enjoyed it. They provide three meals a day and cleaned my father-in-law's room and changed the towels and sheets once a week. The other residents are very friendly and the staff is really good every time I've talked to or called them for anything. There are laundry facilities available on each floor, and there's a barber shop, a little library, and you can schedule to go to a doctor's appointment. We like it. My father-in-law had a one-bedroom apartment, but they also had studios. They had Wii bowling, concerts, and a pool table. They also schedule some events. Many of the residents are long term and really like it. They seem pretty happy with their situation. It's a good value, and cable and internet are provided.

My overall impression of Gresham Manor was positive because it was a nice and clean place. They appeared to have caring people too. The only problem there was that it was out of my price range. I would give this place a give because it was the most impressive one. The people I dealt with were helpful, and the place itself seemed to be nicer than the others I saw.

We really like Gresham Manor. The independent living apartment that we looked at was very roomy and larger than the standard 1-bedroom. It's a plus that it comes with a two-burner cooking area that others don't have. The dining area was lovely. We've been to this community twice and the gentleman who gave us the tour has been checking on us every now and then. They also have the usual things for the residents to do like card games, Bingo, movie nights, and so on. We also met a few community members in the hallways and they were very nice and lovely.

We visited Gresham Manor, and it was a good one. We had a walkthrough and looked at the apartments. They looked nice, and they have new carpets, so that's a positive. The staff member was great, detailed, and clear with what he said.

Gresham Manor is an excellent place. It is very safe, very clean, and seems to be managed well. I have a nice, brand-new apartment with fresh paint, new flooring, and new carpets. Everything is working well in my apartment and they seem to be doing things well, as far as I can see. I have friends who live here, so it had a good reputation and I felt comfortable making the decision to live here. I have to mention that the sales director was a 5+, because he was very informative, very personable, very helpful, and very nice. He made me feel very welcome.

Gabrielle will be in Gresham Manor. She paid a month ahead of time so she could move things in slowly. Gresham Manor was very welcoming. The grounds were very clean, and the inside was clean. The staff was very patient. They're very nice and very caring people. The activity director Dave was incredible. We have observed some of the meal times, which was great, because the chef came out at dessert. They poured coffee and asked how everything was. It is just really a nice place. I have tried four meals and they're all good. The food was great, it was hot, fresh, and good.

I’ve been to Gresham Manor, but I have a little dog and what they had available was on the third floor. I didn’t want to live on the third floor with my dog, so I counted that out. It was a very nice place with very nice people and very well-trained staff. I listened to the residents who had said they have all kinds of things to do, like trips to go shopping. I liked the place.

Gresham Manor is nice, clean, and suitable for my brother. He has his own private room. The service is pretty, but they don't go above and beyond to serve them. The residents are pretty much independent, but they provide all his meals. They have free laundry service, but he has to do it. The staff is friendly and helpful when you need something. They serve good food, and he likes it. He socializes when he goes to lunch. It's first come first serve and there's no designated seating area, but he has three gentlemen that he sits with. They come in and clean his room once a week, change out his bedding, and clean his bathroom. It's the best value out of the three places that were recommended to me.

We went to Gresham Manor and the building was a little older, but it's clean, and tidy. They have a beautiful craft room. They have everything that anybody would want to go down and participate in crafts. They have some bus trips to shopping. All the people were really nice. The guy that gave me the tour was awesome. They have food available and snacks in between. The atmosphere was very happy and the room itself was beautiful.

I really liked Gresham Manort. It was big and newer but more costly. I saw a two-bedroom that was bright, airy, and open. The person who gave us the tour was charming and helpful. I was really happy with the visit.

I liked Gresham Manor a lot. As you're getting out of the car and walking up to the front door, the white sidewalk was lined with the most gorgeous flowers, which was breath taking. They had beautiful flowers and landscaping decor. I visited around May 31st, but they still had winter and heavy blankets on the beds. We didn't need that because it's summer now. They could've changed the decor and put summer blankets on the bed, and I didn't like that.

Gresham Manor was more like a nursing home. The rooms were OK. The place was clean, but it didn't seem to be as organized as the other community. I would recommend it for someone who has already retired.

I visited Gresham Manor. The gentleman gave me a real nice tour and offered me lunch, but it was not within my price range. A studio was $1,500-$1,600 a month. I was looking for a 55 and over community where I'd have an apartment and do my own cooking and cleaning, and they don't have that. However, it was a nice, clean place.
