Best Choice ACH is a senior living care home located in the small town of Milwaukie in Clackamus County, OR. Milwaukie is a 20-minute car ride from Portland and offers easy access to health care and leisure facilities. Providence Milwaukie Hospital is 11 minutes by car, and the care home is not far from many cafes, shops and restaurants.
Best Choice ACH has a capacity of five residents. A variety of housing units is available, including ground-floor units or wheelchair-accessible units as well as units with private bath facilities. Registered nurses are on-site. The facility offers assistance with medication reminders, monitoring of insulin levels, incontinence management and wound care as well as feeding-tube management. It also offers hospice care and implements de-escalation techniques for patients with behavioral issues. Residents who are transitioning from a hospital setting or want a trial stay can opt for a short respite-care stay.
