At Hillside Place, we are prepared to meet the health care needs of all seniors. Residents may join us and not need any assistance while others need additional support. Through our supportive services, we enable residents to retain their independence and explore the local attractions that Lincoln City has to offer.

Future residents can choose from a studio or one-bedroom apartment that has an option of private or companion occupancy. Every apartment has a kitchenette with microwave along with a living room and private bathroom. Telephone and cable hook-ups are available, and utilities are covered by the community. Pets are also welcome at Hillside House.

Family is encouraged to visit, and there are lounges where everyone can gather and share the latest news. We also provide guest accommodations for overnight guests. To also make it easier for residents to remain in touch with their families, our community has a computer room with Internet access.

Available Services

To enable our residents to live a carefree lifestyle, we take care of the daily chores. We handle the cooking by serving three delicious, dietician-approved meals in the community dining room that features restaurant-style dining. Household chores of laundry, housekeeping and trash removal are also handled by our staff. Transportation for group outings and personal errands is also arranged by us.

Residents receive assistance with bathing, eating and walking that is customized to meet their needs. This assistance is provided by caring staff who are respectful of our residents' dignity. To ensure our residents' safety, there is an emergency call system and walk-in shower with safety grab bars in each apartment, and there is a registered nurse on-call twenty-four hours a day.
