We offer a beautiful selection of spacious two-bedroom, two bath cottages, many with lake views. You can have all the comforts of home - but we&#39;ll take care of all the maintenance and weekly upkeep including housekeeping.

No matter which option you choose, our community provides the amenities which ensure our residents enjoy the lifestyle they want and deserve. Residents are encouraged to continue their favorite activities by joining one of our community&#39;s many clubs. A Community Center with indoor pool is just blocks away and offers many activities for seniors. Golf, bridge, bird watching and many other social activities are available in our community.

Available Services

Three meals a day are available in our elegant dining room. Our professional chefs cook delicious and healthy meals from scratch, specializing in gourmet favorites as well as the local flavor. Our chefs can also accommodate many special dining requirements if needed. Residents are encouraged to bring a friend or family member for a guest meal.

For those residents who wish to maintain their independence but may need some additional assistance, our main building provides apartment style housing in studio or one-bedroom units. When needed, personal assistance is available 24/7. A Registered Nurse is on-staff and select local doctors make “house” calls to our residents weekly.

Each resident receives a health assessment and works closely with our dedicated staff to make a care plan that best suits their needs. Whether fulltime assisted living care is needed, or just the occasional helping hand, we are there to ensure their utmost comfort and care.

Our first concern is the wellbeing of our residents. It takes a special type of person to work with the elderly and our staff is specially selected and trained to work with seniors. The staff nurse is available during business hours to assist with health and medicinal needs, and we are happy to provide transportation to and from medical appointments.

Oceanview Senior Living

South Beach Manor Memory Care community, provides accommodations for 41 residents, is located in South Beach, Oregon. South Beach Manor is excited to assist in meeting the memory care needs of the greater Waldport, Newport and Lincoln County areas.

South Beach Manor features wide hallways providing an open feel with a continuous hallway promoting exercise and movement. Spacious apartments provide ample room for the resident to personalize their living space. Large common areas throughout the community provide space for residents to gather. These spaces include an Activity Room for group activities and TV room for watching a movie or reading. Additional rooms offer areas to enjoy daily events such as exercise, performances, and resident socials. Life Skills Stations allow residents to enjoy self-directed dementia-tailored activities providing a sense of purpose, freedom and independence. The building surrounds a beautiful interior courtyard with raised flower beds, walking paths, and covered sitting areas in the gazebo.
