I'm living in Stoneybrook Lodge and I'm enjoying it. The people are really friendly, helpful, and they have a lot of activities. It's close to my brother and his wife, it's pretty centrally located, and I haven't found anything that I could complain about (other than the fact that my room is very small). My studio is very small, but it's a good-sized bathroom, and it has everything I need. They have some exercise machines, a community swimming pool, games, and activities, like a painting class, which I really like. They have a happy hour every Thursday, bingo, bean bag baseball, and movies two nights a week. You can sign up for trips to wineries, a park, or other activities outside the Lodge.

The Regent Corvallis seemed like a very supportive community. The rooms were very nice, and I liked the view of the town since the place is on a hill. It's borderline between assisted and independent living, which isn't appropriate for what we needed. They had activities and amenities, like bicycle parking, a TV room, and other options for the residents. They provide three meals a day and had transportation to town available.

I enjoyed my visit to The Regent. The apartments were wonderful. They have lots of activities for the residents, but there wasn't anyone playing that day because it was early Saturday morning. They had a staff member working on the computer getting ready to figure out that month's activities. They seemed very excited about it. All the residents that I did see looked very much engaged and happy to be there.

Everything was very nice at The Regent. Everybody was smiling and walking around. We had lunch there, which was good. Their dining room is nice and spacious. They have lots of waiters and they would give you good-sized portions, it was very nice. The staff member who assisted me was very nice and she also kept in touch with me after my visit.
