Vineyard Place was very nice. My friend liked it, but it's too expensive for her. The rooms were smaller than what she was used to. They had good activities. I think it was a wonderful place. The staff was very nice and very helpful. We saw the dining room, the sitting room, the exercise room and the library. They had good walking trails. It was a very good thing that they had.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Everything is going well at Vineyard Place. She's not interested in activities, but I know they have a lot of them. It's a nice community and everybody cares about the people there. They watch out for each other and make sure that everybody is OK. All the food is included and they clean the rooms. You can schedule to have your loved one taken to doctors' appointments. They serve three meals and they have snacks there as well. It's nice, clean, and decorated appropriately for people her age. The staff is wonderful and they care about the people they work with. They do an excellent job.

I'm going to Vineyard Place. They're very friendly. I liked the suite arrangement. The food was good. The people were friendly. It has two elevators. It was clean and I liked the location of it. They serve three meals a day. There's a van to various places, and there are different activities.

Vineyard Place was nice. It's a retirement center, not a home with different levels of care. The dining area was good. The staff was very nice and very accommodating.

Vineyard Place seemed really nice and clean. Everybody was so nice and happy. The people who lived there seemed like they just really enjoyed it, playing games, and doing stuff together. It was just really nice to see all the interaction. I really liked it. The food was great and wonderful. I toured it twice with a friend and another friend. The guy in charge of the place wasn't there, so one of the girls took me aroun. She was great and there was no hassle. However, when I brought another friend to look at it, the guy was just all over the place trying to get me to sign up and I kept saying, "I'm not ready." It was kind of offensive to my friend, who I brought because he wasn't paying attention to what I wanted at all. He was just trying to talk me into staying there and my friend got ignored. The staff was great except that one guy.

We toured Vineyard Place. We got to see the inside of it, the different spaces, and the outdoor space, but because of COVID we couldn't really see everything. The accommodation was great, the person who toured us was very nice, and took a lot of time with us, showed us around outside, and the interiors of the apartment. It was upkept, and it was clean. It was homey.

We're trying to put funding together to get my friend into Vineyard Place. I know a few people who are residents there. It was a very nice, impressive place. The rooms were up-to-date and well kept. The size depended on the price, but the rooms were good.

I visited Vineyard Place, and I liked the idea that if you want to travel, you can go and stay as a guest at their other facilities. They serve three meals a day, and that's included in your monthly fee. They also have a lot of activities. The accommodations are comfortable and are very well matched for the price. The location is nice, it's clean, and the rooms were a nice size. The dining set up was very nice, it was a big dining room, and the food was very good (the portions were just right). The staff member was very good. She did a fine job, answered all the questions, and gave me a nice tour.

I loved our tour of Vineyard Place. It's only less than 8 miles from OHSU Hospital, and the staff made sure that he mentioned to me what surrounding areas we could get to as far as pizza shops and shopping Whole Foods. The tour was very informative. The closet was clean, the blankets were folded in place at the top of the closet, the bed was made, the windows were clean, and you've got a beautiful view of the outside. Everything was functional including the blow dryer in the bathroom. I did enjoy their facilities. The food that would be available if I was to move in looked appealing.

The person who gave us the tour at Vineyard Place was very good. The rooms were okay. The kitchens were small and they didn't have much cupboard space, but other than that, it was fine. They have a 1-bedroom and a couple of 2-bedrooms. They have libraries, play rooms, and walking space outside. Many of the people living there don't drive, so they have buses to take them around. They didn't have any activities going on at the time and the kitchen was closed, but they were delivering meals to the rooms. It looked like they were taking care of the people that were there.

The rooms at Vineyard Place were very small. Food plans are part of their program, so the kitchens are very tiny. They don't have full-sized appliances. The staff was pleasant. I went to see bean bag baseball, and they talked about bowling in the halls. I got to see the little parakeets in the lobby, which I really liked. They had a luau and ice cream socials a couple of times. It's a step up from a nursing home. A lot of their residents are very old and living well. They had a very good variety of food and a pretty outdoor patio where they were having a big picnic and barbecue that they invited me to.
