Cottage Care Adult Family Home is a residential care facility in the Southeast Bend area of Bend, Oregon. More than 97,500 people live in this "outdoor playground of the West" renowned for unmatched natural beauty. The area is rich in history and culture, offering experiences such as the High Desert Museum, art galleries in the Old Mill District and performances at the treasured Tower Theatre.

Cottage Care provides private rooms and assisted living services for individuals who are mostly independent but need some extra help. Ground floor and wheelchair accessible units are available. Memory care is available for residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia or other memory impairments. Licensed nurses are on staff at all times.

The home serves three meals plus snacks each day. Cottage Care furnishes complimentary transportation to medical appointments as well. It is located less than four miles from St. Charles Medical Center â€“ Bend and several pharmacies and houses of worship.
