Magnolia Manor on the Coast was a great place, but it was not the level of care we were looking for. There's no long-term care nor memory care, and they didn't have concentrated care. It was an apartment complex for seniors. It seemed like they had a lot of activities going on and a lot of opportunities for people to socialize. We toured a couple of rooms that needed an upgrade. They looked like they were back in the early '80s.

I was in Magnolia Manor for 11 months. There have been major problems with staff quitting. The food started from good but got really bad. The people were nice and the staff was wonderful. They have very good physical exercise programs. There are lots of activities.
