Brookdale Troy (formerly Sterling House of Troy) is located in the charming town of Troy, Ohio, where we have a reputation for friendliness and hospitality. Our cozy senior community provides personalized assisted living options, where we emphasize a highly individualized experience. Through our Clare Bridge Program, we are able to also bring the convenience of Alzheimer's and dementia Care services under the same roof.
Brookdale Troy is a Brookdale community. We focus on one goal - serving our residents - and for over 30 years we have provided exceptional senior living to the people who call Brookdale their home.
Featured Amenities
We offer a wide selection of residence styles that include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and furnished or unfurnished private or companion suites. Living spaces offer easy access for those with limited mobility, and they feature kitchenettes, wall-to-wall carpeting, private baths with step-in shower, non-slip surfaces, and safety bars. Small pets are welcome in our homelike environment.
Our single-story building is easy to navigate, and it offers many comfortable common areas. Residents enjoy reading in the well-stocked library or gathering around the fireplace for a cozy chat. Outdoors, there are numerious opportunities for strolling our community walking paths and enjoying the courtyard with family and friends.
Available Services
We put an emphasis on providing a wonderful assisted living lifestyle that lets our residents live as independently as possible. Our caring staff are available around-the-clock for as much or as little help as is desired - bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, or dining assistance.
Our Clare Bridge Program is a resident-centered program designed to meet the specific needs of those with various levels of dementia. Our dining program includes an enticing menu of healthy and flavorful home-style cooking, served tableside in our beautiful dining room.
