My relative moved into Springfield Assisted Living. She likes this community. Her room is a nice size and more spacious compared to her previous community. They have Bingo, art, and things like that for the residents. Some of their amenities are a dining area, a library down the hall, and a TV area where people can just sit and watch TV. The pricing is also better.

My dad stayed at Forest Glen for 20 days for rehab. It was generally nice, but we had an incident where he fell because he was not being monitored. He did physical and occupational therapy. The dining area was clean, and the food was OK.

My mom was at this great location!! Sherry, the Administrator, was very helpful and listened to whatever needed done and saw to it that it was taken care of! Sherry was very understanding and a pleasure to be around! Sherry really cares about you loved ones!! Nothing but great words for the staff! They all went above and beyond for all who live there! Would recommend this facility above any other!!
