Glenwood does accept small dogs and cats after a pet interview and as long as the resident is able to care for the pet. Dogs are allowed on the walking tracks with a leash and anywhere on our property with their owners.

Our residents love to take advantage of our social areas, such as the pub, rotunda, private dining room, solarium, activity room, greenhouse, raised gardens, ponds, woodshop, and the fountain.

We have an executive chef and offer restaurant-style dining in our Fountain View Dining Room. Our residents are greeted by a server and they place their order from a menu. The menu changes quite often and there are daily specials. 

What makes the chef or dining program at {provider.name} exceptional? What kind of menu can independent living residents expect?

Each of our residents is issued a pendant that when pushed will notify a nurse of an emergency. 

What safety features or security measures does {provider.name} offer to independent living residents?

The Pines Assisted living offers a pendant system to all its residents that when pushed notifies the nurse of an emergency. All of our apartments also have emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We also offer after-hours security through the nighttime hours.

We offer free transportation and person shopping within the Mid Ohio Valley.

Every staff member completes multiple online training courses in senior living healthcare through our company.
