I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Nice facility look wise ,but they don\'t care for your loved one there under staffed all the time. Family member hadn\'t had a shower in 3 weeks and was left in bed all the time.. state is there all the time with complaints

Thank you for the review, however there is a shower schedule in place and resident\'s have the right to refuse, I assure you unfortunately staffing is an issue in most facilities, I am very proud of the longevity our staff has committed to the Country Club and to the resident\'s. We hire agency when staffing is an issue. It\'s Unfortunate that State is called for complaints, We have a Guardian Angel program in place, All the Department Heads visit the resident\'s and ask them if they have any complaints or concerns and we give the concerns or complaints to the appropriate Department. Social Service then follows up and if a Care Conference is requested by Family or Resident she will schedule it. I encourage families if you are having concerns or complaints please let us know as they arise. Thank you, Best Wishes.
