The Waterford is a three-story 68-unit senior independent living apartment building located on the North Canton Campus of St Luke Lutheran Community in the heart of North Canton, Ohio. The Waterford address is 201 Holl rd. NE North Canton Ohio 44720.

We are located close to shopping, swimming, YMCA, library, community buildings, city parks, walking paths. Our building features a number of different styles of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Our rents include dinner Monday-Saturday, and Brunch on Sunday. All utilities are included as well as basic cable and wireless internet and landline telephone.
