Our restaurant style dining menu offers Residents choices as well as the soup of the day, and our special of the day.

Our staff to resident ratio varies, depending on the neighborhood they live on.  Some neighborhoods are 1 to 10 and some are 1 to 20.  Our assisted living has a nurse available 24 hours a day in addition to our Personal Care Assistants.

We welcome Residents who can care for their own pets to bring them to live with them.  They are welcome to take them for walks on our 39 acre campus.

Chapel Hill Community offers bus trips to community events, local shopping, and dining out.  Assistance is available to arrange transportation for physician visits.

All staff are assigned training by our Human Resource Director.  Staff that work with our Residents living with Dementia receive additional training to care for our Residents.  Some of our staff are trained in our Comfort Matters program, that is person centered care.

Our Assisted Living Offers 39 Studio and 1 bedroom apartments.  Our current average age is 87.  Our Residents enjoy many activities, games, movie night, arts and crafts.  We have two aviaries and a large aquarium.  Some enjoy the jukebox, fishing, the library, happy hour and our restaurant style dining.  They also enjoy our exercise room, the picnic pavilion, shuffle board court, and walking along the walking sidewalks.  Some of our Residents enjoy sitting on our patio overlooking the lake.  We also have a memory garden for those who live with dementia.  Many Residents enjoy their weekly visit to the beauty shop.
