Offering services for seniors challenged by Alzheimer’s and other dementias, our Bridge to Rediscovery program allows us to help residents regain many of the skills they may have forgotten. A full-time registered nurse (RN) visits residents for wellness checks.

The place needs shut down. It is absolutely disgusting! Filthy dirty. My parents were there for 7 months too long. Director followed through with nothing! No activities hardly, never an activity calendar. Food is awful. The staff doesn't make sure mom and dad take their pills so they are forgotten as both have Dementia. They give them their pills in a cup and walk out. Housekeeping is a joke as well, they don't come daily. Nothing is done correctly. They just came in fired most the staff. The place hasn't been renovated since the 70's. DO NOT put your loved one here.
