Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester

Blossom North Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located in Rochester, New York. The facility, which sits on Portland Avenue next to Rochester General Hospital, is the sister facility to Blossom South Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. St. Ann's Community is just across the street.

Blossom North Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers 24/7 care and support to residents 55 and over. A dedicated team of dietitians, therapists and social workers help patients create and follow personally crafted care plans in cooperation with on-site medical staff, including board-certified physicians, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants and licensed practical nurses. Blossom North provides continuous nursing, medical and other health and social services to patients who are not in an acute illness phase, while the staff provides dressing, bathing and toileting assistance. 

Residents enjoy three healthy, home-cooked meals a day, with special dietary accommodations available. A traveling barber and hairdresser come to the community to care for residents.
