My father was in Affinity Skilled Living and Rehabilitation Center. The place was always very clean. The staff was good and accommodating. The grounds were nice, and it was easy to get to. You could go outside in picnic areas. He was in a double room that was always very clean. The rooms were plain, but they had dressers and a chair. It was much more spacious than a hospital room. The food was not good.
