It was very clean. The director was very professional and very sweet. The staff was great. They served three meals a day and had a snack bar bananas and apples that you could go to any time, which I thought was very nice for the residents. We looked at a great two-bedroom.
My mother has been in here for 3 years now. The staff, the rooms, and the facility are nice. The activities are wonderful. She participates in more of their social activities. She has her own apartment, which has a kitchenette, but there's no stove. I've eaten there, and it's very good.
At Atria Vista del Rio, they didn’t have what I needed because my mother had become wheelchair and bed-bound. And I didn’t feel they had the staff available. The rooms were OK. My issue with them was that they couldn’t provide the level of care that she needed. I didn’t think the value was as good, but it’s better than where she was. They had a good calendar of activities. Their security was good, but I think they need more staff.
Atria Vista del Rio was very nice. The rooms were very nice, and the size was adequate for one person. The staff was very nice and friendly. They had a lot of activities and good food.
