3 Memory Care Communities in Monroe Township, New Jersey

My mother moved into Brookdale Monroe a little over a week ago. The staff and management is wonderful, they take very good care of her. They seem to be very caring to everybody, and the food is good. The only complaint I have is they do not have enough staff in the weekend, they have buzzers, and when you buzz, it does not work too well on the weekends, but I haven’t spoken to them about that, and I know that’s something they can do. Other than that I would recommend them. The respite care is in with the regular residents, they are busy doing something all day long, they eat, they have an activity, and then they eat again, they’re always eating. In the afternoon, they play bingo if they can. They enjoy this, it keeps them varied and keeps them interested. It’s clean, it looks very well-kept, and it’s very nice. It’s closer to my home, and I had a good feeling with Brookdale Monroe, so I picked it for my mom.

Brookdale Monroe is a beautiful place with a lot going on, and I'm happy with it. It's only a quarter of a mile away, and I can spend every day with him. He'll have a studio apartment with living room, kitchenette, bathroom, a refrigerator, and a microwave. They have bingo and a few things he and I can attend.
