Description of Park Crescent Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center
Park Crescent is a 190 bed Nursing and Rehabilitation facility. We cater to both long term residents and those who need short term subacute therapy prior to returning to home. We pride ourselves in having a family oriented and friendly atmosphere. Our motto of “one heart many hands†is practiced and not simply preached. We provide Stellar care with a warm and kind heart.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Located in East Orange, NJ, an impressive, beautiful building named Park Crescent stands up with a huge parking lot and a backyard for the relatives of patients, The quality of care provided is very satisfying. The staff is always smiling, never stops asking \"Hi, how are you?\" Excellent food, good house keeping. A place everyone must visit!

I am/was a resident of this facility
The staff at Park Crescent is awesome, they make a very uncomfortable situation comfortable, my whole stay was welcoming. My needs and wants was checked on daily. It\'s crazy how I am leaving soon and started to feel home sick because they made me feel at home.

I Am/Was A Resident Of This Facility
My Overall review is that if I ever had to return to a facility, park crescent healthcare would be the one. The staff was great. I even found myself apologizing to them. They said they will miss me and I feel the same way about them. Rehab was superb. I live in Irvington, NJ and this place really worked for me in terms of quality care and distance.
